Patient Advocate Services

• We offer a free 30-minute evaluation of your specific Healthcare Advocacy needs.

Services Available:

• Initial assessment (Flat Rate $750)
• Hourly Rates ($200)
• Retainer Fee ($2000) Note: Any remaining retainer when services are no longer needed will be refunded.

• Provide medical assistance and help review your medical care diagnoses, treatment options,  records, and test reports. 
• We can accompany you to your appointments, manage medications, and perform med box fills.   
• We can also monitor your care at your hospital bedside, or be a good choice as a healthcare proxy.

• Refer to private nonskilled care for companionship, meal prep, and housekeeping chores.
• Referal to skilled home-care services such as in-home nursing care, home therapy, and ADL care can be performed.

• We provide health coaching on difficult to manage diagnoses like diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure.
• We can provide diet and medication management and education for food shopping and meal prep so  you or your loved one learns how to shop and cook to maintain your weight, blood sugar level, reduce salt, etc.
